Evolving Together: How Southstream’s Team-First Approach Strengthens Our Supply Chain

At Southstream Seafoods, we know that sustainable growth is built on strong relationships, smart structure, and a team empowered to lead. That’s why we’re excited to share a strategic restructuring within our Operations Department that reflects our long-term commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Effective May 1, 2025, we are officially launching a new Supply Chain function within our organization. This move allows us to sharpen focus, improve efficiency, and better position ourselves to adapt to the evolving needs of our customers and partners.

We’re proud to announce several key internal promotions that reflect the incredible talent, dedication, and experience of our team:

Tomas Conde has been promoted to Director of Supply Chain, where he will oversee all aspects of our inbound and outbound inventory and order fulfillment. His leadership will be critical in enhancing coordination across departments and delivering even greater value to our partners.

Anthony Noriskin steps into the role of Associate Supply Chain Analyst, focusing on freight booking, carrier relations for both FTL and LTL partners, as well as managing returns and case structure. His keen eye for logistics and process will help streamline day-to-day operations.

Sean Nicholas takes on a new role as Director of National Procurement, where he will lead our purchasing strategy with a focus on maintaining optimal inventory levels and nurturing relationships with current and prospective trading partners.

All three roles will continue to report to Mike Kulasewski, our VP of Operations, whose leadership has been instrumental in guiding this transition.

This restructuring isn’t just about new titles—it’s about designing a structure that better supports collaboration, transparency, and agility. By refining our operational focus, we are increasing our capacity to respond to industry changes, streamline fulfillment, and strengthen our end-to-end supply chain.

It also reflects our values: teamwork, trust, and the belief that the best systems are powered by the best people.

As we continue to grow, we remain committed to investing in the people and processes that move Southstream forward. This internal evolution allows us to deliver on our promise of consistency, care, and quality to everyone we serve—from our partners in the field to families at the table.

Please join us in celebrating Tomas, Anthony, and Sean as they step into their new roles. We are proud of their journey and excited for what’s ahead.
